Swallow Tree Retains Its Visit Wales Five Star Holiday Park Grading 🌿

We’re really pleased to share that following our recent Visit Wales assessment, Swallow Tree has once again retained its Five Star Holiday Park grading.
The Visit Wales grading process takes place every three years and looks at all aspects of the guest experience, from cleanliness and park maintenance through to facilities, accommodation standards and overall presentation.
As a long-established, family-run holiday park, maintaining high standards across the park has always been incredibly important to us — not just during inspection time, but throughout the year for every guest who stays with us.
One of the things highlighted during this year’s visit was the variety of accommodation available across the park. From cedar lodges and holiday homes to apartments and higher-spec accommodation, the park offers a range of accommodation styles to suit different guests, budgets and holiday styles, all within the same peaceful woodland setting overlooking the Pembrokeshire coastline.
We were especially pleased to see positive feedback on the park’s atmosphere, grounds and facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, which remain available for all guests staying on the park.
One of the things we’ve always felt is important at Swallow Tree is offering guests choice.
Providing guests a mix of accommodation styles, allows them to choose the type of stay that suits them best while still enjoying the same high standard that the park offers.
Being a smaller, family-run park also means we’re able to focus closely on the details that shape the overall guest experience — from the presentation of the grounds and accommodation to the quieter atmosphere that so many returning guests value when staying here.
Over the years, the park has continued to evolve, with ongoing investment in facilities, accommodation and the wider environment around the park, while still keeping the character and surroundings that make Swallow Tree feel the way it does today.
The grading process also gives us a valuable opportunity to reflect on the park as a whole, recognise the hard work of our team, and continue identifying areas where we can keep improving and investing for the future.
Retaining Five Star Holiday Park status is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’d like to thank all of our guests, owners and team members for their continued support.
