Just choose the make and model of holiday home which suits you and Swallow Tree will quote an all-inclusive price which covers purchasing the home on your behalf, accepting delivery, siting the caravan, connecting it to all services, constructing steps and a patio, boxing in beneath the caravan and landscaping around it. Ten years security of tenure is given, and the caravan is available for your use for up to 46 weeks each year. Sub-letting is permitted, though strictly through Swallow Tree, which opens up the possibility of creating some income form your purchase.
