Pine Lodges

We are delighted to offer Pine Lodges as our premier letting accommodation. These attractive units have a traditional log cabin appearance and are spacious, superbly equipped and full of character. Pine lodges are very solidly built and provide exceptionally comfortable accommodation throughout the year – their excellent insulation and double glazed windows mean they stay cool in summer and keep warm in winter! All bed linen is provided but please remember to bring towels and tea cloths.

Please note, pets are not accepted in Pine Lodges at any time of year.

Imperial Plus Lodges

  • These beautiful 32’ x 20’ lodges offer luxury and convenience.
  • The lounge has comfortable freestanding furniture and is equipped with a flame effect gas fire, colour television, DVD player and video player. French doors lead onto a 20’ x 8’ veranda, complete with patio furniture.
  • The fitted kitchen is particularly well equipped, including a full size gas oven and hob, microwave, ‘fridge freezer, toaster and a dishwasher for your added convenience. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided, and the freestanding dining table seats six.
  • The master bedroom has a full size double bed and generous wardrobe space; there are also two twin bedded rooms. All beds are equipped with duvets, and are made up for your arrival. There is heating in all bedrooms and a hair dryer is supplied in each unit.
  • The bathroom has a sit-in shower, washbasin and W.C. and a heated towel rail is installed. One unit in this range has a bedroom with full size cross-over bunks instead of twin beds, and its bathroom features a full size bath with shower over.
  • Feature log burning stove (Numbers 1 and 2 only)
  • One lodge is larger, 36’ x 20’ and has been modified to meet National Accessibility Level 2 standards. It has a ramped access and the interior doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The bathroom has sliding door access and is fitted with a bath, W.C and washbasin, all with support handles. The lodge enjoys sea views, a generous veranda and is equipped as the other Imperial lodges, except for the upgraded inventory. The master bedroom is able to accommodate a cot.

    Upgraded Inventory (Imperial Plus only):
  • A full Sky television package (excluding Sky Box Office).
  • A log burning stove.
  • A second television is provided in the master bedroom.
  • Gas barbecue.
  • Two sun beds are provided for the veranda.
  • An audio system with CD.
  • A bath towel is provided for each member of your party.  N.B. these are not for beach use.

Imperial Lodge

We realise that not everybody is interested in the SKY package etc, but would still appreciate the extra space that the Imperial affords. We have two Imperial Lodges where you benefit from the additional room, but not the upgraded inventory package. These are available at the same price as the Sovereign range.

Sovereign Range Pine Lodges

  • These spacious, attractive 42’ x 12’ lodges are solidly built to the same technical specifications as the Imperial lodges and enjoy excellent sea views.
  • The comfortable lounge/dining room has a gas fire and freestanding furniture. French doors open onto a 17’ x 8’ veranda equipped with patio furniture.
  • Two sun beds are provided for the veranda.
  • A full Sky television package (excluding Sky Box Office).
  • DVD player
  • The kitchen is equipped as the Imperial range, with the exception of the dishwasher.
  • There are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with full size double bed, a twin bedded room and a bedroom with full size cross-over bunk beds. Duvets, bed linen and heaters are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. A hairdryer is provided.
  • A second television is provided in the master bedroom.
  • The bathroom has a heated towel rail, shower, wash basin, W.C.
  • Gas barbecue.

Cots and high chairs

We have a small number of Swallow Tree travel cots available for use, but a bed normally has to be left unused in the unit in order to make room for the cot. Full size cots can be hired locally if requested, however the hirers charge £16.50 per week/short break. We also have a small number of highchairs available for use. Please contact reception to discuss the suitability of the range you have booked in accommodating a cot and to pre-book your cot and/or highchair.
