To complement its lovely setting, Swallow Tree aims to provide accommodation of the highest quality, and we are delighted to offer Pine Lodges as our premier letting accommodation.
Pine Lodges, with their verandas, window boxes and overhanging eaves, combine the attractiveness of the traditional log cabin with the luxury and comfort demanded by today’s discerning visitor. The warm pine interior, full double glazing and excellent insulation ensures a holiday home which is cool and airy in summer and warm and cosy in off season weeks. All our Pine Lodges enjoy sunny positions and most have sea views. They are well furnished and generously equipped.
Pine Lodges are solidly built, extremely comfortable and very spacious. They are an experience in holiday accommodation that we are sure our visitors will appreciate and enjoy.

All bed linen is provided but please remember to bring beach towels, tea cloths
and bath towels where required.
Please note, pets are not accepted in Pine Lodges at any time of year.
Imperial Pine Lodges 32' x 20' Lodges offering luxury and convenience.
- The lounge has comfortable freestanding furniture and is equipped with a flame effect gas fire, colour television and DVD player. French doors lead onto a 20' x 8' veranda, complete with patio furniture.
- The fitted kitchen is particularly well equipped, including a full size gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and a dishwasher for your added convenience. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided, and the freestanding dining table seats six.
- The master bedroom has a full size double bed and generous wardrobe space; there are also two twin bedded rooms. All beds are equipped with duvets, and are made up for your arrival. There is heating in all bedrooms and a hair dryer is supplied in each unit.
- The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and W.C. and a heated towel rail is installed.
- One unit in this range has a bedroom with full size cross over bunks instead of twin beds, and its bathroom features a full size bath and shower over —particularly useful for families with young children.
Imperial Plus Pine Lodges. These are Imperial Pine Lodges with the following upgraded package.
- Sky family variety package.
- A log burning stove (nos. 1 & 2) or log burning effect fire (no. 56).
- A second television is provided in the master bedroom.
- Gas barbeque.
- Two sun beds are provided for the veranda.
- An audio system with CD.
- A bath towel is provided for each adult member of your party for use in the lodge only.
- Large multi-head shower in bathroom.
- One lodge in this range is larger, 36’ x 20’ and has been modified to meet National Accessibility Level 2 standards. It has a ramped access and the interior doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The bathroom has sliding door access and is fitted with a bath, W.C. and washbasin, all with support handles. This lodge has a generous veranda and is equipped as the other Imperial Plus Lodges. It is also particularly suitable for young families as the master bedroom is able to accommodate a cot. This lodge also has a dedicated parking space.
Sovereign Pine Lodges 42' x 12' Lodges
- These spacious, 42’ x 12’ attractive lodges are solidly built to the same technical specifications as the Imperial lodges and enjoy excellent sea views.
- The comfortable lounge/dining room has a gas fire and freestanding furniture. French doors open onto a 17’ x 8’ veranda equipped with patio furniture.
- Two sun beds are provided for the veranda.
- Sky Family variety package.
- DVD player.
- Gas barbeque.
- The kitchen is equipped as the Imperial range, with the exception of the dishwasher.
- There are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with full size double bed, a twin bedded room and a bedroom with full size cross-over bunk beds. Duvets, bed linen and heaters are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. A hairdryer is provided.
- A second television is provided in the master bedroom.
- The bathroom has a heated towel rail, shower, wash basin and W.C.
