Swallow Tree aims to provide you with a retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Whether your interest is in fitness, relaxation or time with friends and family there is something for everyone at Swallow Tree.
The large pool at Swallow Tree provides the perfect environment for exercise. Enjoy the satisfaction of completing that final length or just enjoy the sensation of relaxing in warm water. With both adult only and family sessions available, you can enjoy time to yourself and time with your family.
Unwind at leisure in the sauna and steam room and leave refreshed, revived and ready to face the world again!
Members also receive a discount on our vertical fast tan unit.

The Fitness Suites -
Open Mon –Sat 8.30am - 9.30pm, Sun 8.30 - 7pm
The fitness suites at Swallow Tree are equipped with a range of cardio and resistance equipment designed to give you a total body workout. They allow you the freedom to exercise away from the elements, in your own time and at your own pace. The main suite is air conditioned. Both suites are equipped with music TV. A full gym induction will be given for new members with our qualified personal trainer. Personal, tailor made programmes and fitness assessments are also available.
