Swallow Tree House offers exceptional accommodation in a superb position. It provides spacious, comfortable, convenient accommodation for up to 10 people in five bedrooms. The garden and patio are completely enclosed and offer privacy and uninterrupted seaviews, yet Swallow Tree’s leisure and restaurant facilities are within 50 yards. The house is comprehensively equipped with plasma television, DVD and surround sound, satellite channels, audio system, washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher and even a baby grand piano for those musical moments! There are two bathrooms plus two additional cloakrooms, and the ensuite bathroom boasts a power shower.
Swallow Tree House is available from mid June to the end of August and is perfect for the most discerning of families who wish to make no compromises in their standard of accommodation, yet have restaurant and leisure facilities close at hand.
It is also perfect for extended families, or families and friends who wish to holiday together without feeling crowded. All bed linen and bath towels (not for use on the beach) are provided, and beds are made up for your arrival. The maximum occupancy is 10 plus a baby.
Please be aware that the maximum occupancy in Swallow Tree House is 10 persons plus a baby. Therefore, if you are part of a larger party booking which includes lodges and/or caravans, it is not possible to invite these visitors to share the facilities of Swallow Tree House or garden if this results in an occupancy of more than ten persons at any time. This is a condition of booking Swallow Tree House and non-compliance will regretfully invalidate your holiday tenancy.

A 1930s dormer bungalow, tastefully refurbished to retain its character. Situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and only 10 minutes walk from its famous coastal path and beaches through Swallow Tree woods.
The spacious master bedroom is an ensuite, gallery bedroom with a glimpse of the sea, accessed by a stunning handmade ash staircase.
Downstairs, the bedrooms comprise; a twin bedroom with ‘zip and lock’ beds which are designed to be comfortably combined to provide a King size bed, a single bedroom and a bunk bedroom.
The large modern kitchen has all the latest appliances including a dishwasher, and dining is around the large, farmhouse table. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge is warmly decorated and has a TV, DVD player, open fire and a piano. Bags of logs are available if required.
The pleasant enclosed garden provides a private, sunny area and patio furniture is provided. Off road parking for two cars.
All bedding, bed linen and towels are included.
