Swallow Tree House has a superb position and offers very spacious, comfortable and convenient accommodation for up to ten people. Situated just under a mile from Saundersfoot and with direct access to Swallow Tree Bay, the house is set within the tranquil surroundings of the family-run 5* Swallow Tree Gardens Leisure Park, (winner of the 2009 Best Holiday Park in Pembrokeshire). The garden and patio area of the house are completely enclosed and offer privacy and uninterrupted sea views, whilst the benefits of indoor leisure facilities are available within 50 metres. Use of the large indoor pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Other amenities include comprehensive fitness facilities, a family restaurant enhanced by huge patio areas with stunning sea views, beauty treatments and Elemis spa treatments and a (very) small shop selling basics such as bread, milk and papers. Our guests also have the reassurance of reception cover from 9am-7pm daily, to provide advice, answer queries and help with any emergencies. Swallow Tree House provides exceptional accommodation, and offers privacy without isolation.
Swallow Tree House has dedicated parking for up to three cars. The spacious entrance hall provides access to the five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. The large master bedroom has sea views, a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom which includes a separate shower cubicle with power shower and oversize bath. Next to it is a twin bedroom, decorated for children and with a selection of children’s toys and puzzles provided. Across the hall is another double bedroom, again with a king-size bed; adjoining this is a twin bedroom and a short flight of stairs which provides access to a third twin-bed dormer bedroom. A second bathroom with a bath with power shower over, and a separate cloakroom completes this wing. Both double bedrooms are supplied with flat screen televisions equipped with sky multi-room, enabling guests to watch their choice of sky channel. There are flat screen TV’s with free view in the other bedrooms.
The hall leads on to a large living room, which features 16’ patio windows to take advantage of the delightful sea views. There is a feature fireplace and ample comfortable seating. The high definition 42” flat screen television has a full SKY package, and there is also an audio system, DVD player, video player, a small selection of tapes and DVDs and a piano!. The modern, family size kitchen is very well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a dining area that seats ten, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities and a second cloakroom.
The living and dining areas lead onto a generous south-facing terrace that has the sun all day. The terrace is supplied with a 6 person hot tub, teak dining furniture with sun umbrella and a gas barbecue. There is also a decked area in the corner of the garden that is the last to lose the evening sun. Sun loungers are provided and we call this ‘gin corner’, the perfect place for a sundowner!
Swallow Tree House is perfect for the most discerning of families, who wish to make no compromise in their standard of accommodation, yet have leisure and restaurant facilities close at hand. It is ideal for extended families or friends who wish to holiday together without feeling crowded.

A 1930s dormer bungalow, tastefully refurbished to retain its character. Situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and only 10 minutes walk from its famous coastal path and beaches through Swallow Tree woods.
The spacious master bedroom is an ensuite, gallery bedroom with a glimpse of the sea, accessed by a stunning handmade ash staircase.
Downstairs, the bedrooms comprise; a twin bedroom with ‘zip and lock’ beds which are designed to be comfortably combined to provide a King size bed, a single bedroom and a bunk bedroom.
The large modern kitchen has all the latest appliances including a dishwasher, and dining is around the large, farmhouse table. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge is warmly decorated and has a TV, DVD player, open fire and a piano. Bags of logs are available if required.
The pleasant enclosed garden provides a private, sunny area and patio furniture is provided. Off road parking for two cars.
All bedding, bed linen and towels are included.
