Caravan Holiday Homes
Each Holiday Home offered for hire by Swallow Tree is connected to all services, has a shower, W.C. and washbasin and either two or three separate bedrooms, with heating in all bedrooms. The minimum inventory always includes a colour television, DVD, fridge freezer, microwave and all bedding.
All units are comprehensively equipped and each enjoys its own sunny patio.

The Executive 37' x 12'
This is a new range consisting of our newest caravans; superb Holiday homes with less than three years of letting.
- Gas fired central heating throughout
- Double glazing and extra insulation in walls, ceiling and floors
- Full width living room with electric fire., colour TV, DVD and Digibox
- Superb modern kitchen including fridge freezer
- Large master bedroom with full size double bed. Most with en-suite W.C.
- Vaulted ceiling and pitched roof.
The Olympus 37' x 12'
The Olympus benefit from the same luxury features, however they are not within their first three letting seasons
- 2 and 3 bedroom caravans - sensational holiday homes.
- Gas fired central heating throughout.
- Double glazing and extra insulation in walls, ceilings and floors.
- Full width living room with electric fire, remote control colour TV and DVD player.
- Superb kitchen including fridge freezer.
- Large master bedroom with full size double bed and most with en-suite W.C. one or two twin bedded room(s).
- Vaulted ceiling and pitched roof.
The Ambassador 37' x 12'
- 2 and 3 bedroom, 12’ wide caravans.
- Double glazing and extra insulation.
- Full width living room with feature gas fire, remote control colour TV and DVD.
- Well equipped kitchen, including a fridge freezer.
- Heated towel rail in shower room.
- 3 bedroom models have master bedroom with full size double bed and two twin bedrooms. In some units one single bed converts to child’s cot.
- 2 bedroom models have a large master bedroom with a full size bed and one twin bedroom.
- All bedrooms have background heating.
We have a small number of Swallow Tree travel cots available for use, but a bed normally has to be left unused in the caravan in order to make room for the cot. Full size cots can be hired in locally if requested, however the hirers charge £18 per week/short break. We also have a small number of high chairs available for use. Please contact reception to discuss the suitability of the range you have booked in accommodating a cot and to pre-book your cot and /or highchair.
Backpacks, Sterilisers and Baby Monitors
Again we have limited number of these available for use. Please request at time of booking. A refundable £20 deposit is payable on arrival.
